He did extensive examination of the house we were interested in, to the point we felt comfortable purchasing an older home that needed work without the inspection you often need to waive in today's market. He also did a great job setting us up for successful negotiations. We were confident in the value of the home (lower than asking) and took that knowledge and the knowledge of the work needed to successfully close on the house well under asking price. Aftin masterfully handled my relocation from Fleetwood to Landisville with military precision by representing me as both a seller and a buyer. Aftin had a great deal of knowledge of both areas and had an impressive resource network available at her fingertips to ensure all matters associated with the move were managed in a timely and efficient manner. There can be a lot that goes into a major life change such as a relocation, but Aftin took the stress out of the process and left me with just cherishing the experience of the move itself to a new life in the Lancaster area.
